At ZolaPress, your privacy is respected — but so is our right to use data responsibly to empower founders and grow the network. Here’s how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. What We Collect

We gather only what’s needed to run your microsite and community features:

• Basic identifiers: name, email, business name, public contact info
• Submitted data: blog drafts, form responses, uploads, or edits
• Tech data: IP address, browser info, timestamps, usage logs

This info is not mined — it’s used to help you.

2. How It’s Used

We use your data to:

• Build and maintain your microsite
• Customize recommendations and onboarding
• Analyze site traffic and founder engagement
• Amplify your brand through public SEO channels
• Improve AlfredAI’s feedback, marketing, and coaching

You own your data. But we reserve the right to use collective insights to grow the platform and its impact — always ethically, and never for sale.

3. Forms, Email, and Contact

Data you submit through forms or email may:

• Be used for support, onboarding, or outreach
• Inform AI models for better automation and matchmaking
• Trigger founder activity stats (e.g. heatmaps, blog triggers)
• Be archived for continuity in case of future relaunch

All emails are stored securely and used only within ZolaPress.

4. Cookies & Tracking

• We use LocalStorage and session tokens for preferences
• We use trusted third-party pixels for analytics
• We do not inject trackers unless it helps your UX or visibility

No shady tracking. Just performance and insight.

5. Retention & Archival

Accounts may be archived after 60 days of inactivity. If you're leaving the platform, request a full export. Your microsite can be:

• Archived
• Migrated to your domain
• Reassigned to a different team member

But public-facing content may remain as a portfolio artifact, unless explicitly removed by contract.

6. Security & Limitations

ZolaPress is a best-effort platform built with care — not a regulated host. We apply standard security measures, but do not guarantee compliance with specific data regimes (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). Avoid hosting sensitive data.

7. Your Rights

You may request:

• Full data export or deletion
• Deactivation of public contact info
• Transfer of your microsite to a personal host
• Archival of your data with a public “retired” banner

If you want your data wiped, just ask.

We may revise this policy occasionally. All updates will be posted on this page. By continuing to use ZolaPress, you accept these terms.
