For 3 grueling months, I, Richard Sawatsky, claimed Table 11 at a Moncton McDonald’s as my office. Twelve hours a day, battling sickness and exhaustion, surrounded by strangers, with only a laptop, shaky Wi-Fi, and a $2 McDouble fueling my fight. I wasn’t just surviving — I was building a revolution.

They tried to crush me. “Supporters” bailed. Two companies dangled $8,500 and a 12-week contract with a non-compete and NDA designed to send me back to the street. I said NO, and built Alfred from that booth instead.

An 8-week survival sim for Moncton youth (ages 14–29). Not a class — a choose-your-own-adventure to break free from poverty, homelessness, or any trap in your way.

I’m your coach, not your lecturer. We’ll craft your Alfred — AI, coding, branding, automation — whatever gets you moving in 8 weeks and beyond. It’s hands-on, intimate, and limited to small cohorts.
